Mark your calendars for March 29-30, 2025, because we are privileged to announce Jeff Reynolds will be teaching us about Summer and Winter at the Latta Barn, at the Prairie Grove Battlefield Park.

Jeff is an experienced and sought-after instructor.  His deep knowledge of weaving structures brings an unparalleled amount of knowledge to his workshops.  His outgoing, friendly personality lends itself to the type of class where no one feels intimidated or left out.  After his class, your understanding of this weave structure will be deepened and enhanced.

Summer and Winter is a weave that has been around for many years and is “period correct” for the Battlefield where we will be weaving for the two days.  The 2 day class will focus on using either a 4-shaft or an 8-shaft loom (whichever you have).  Jeff will provide the patterns, yarn requirements, etc. prior to the class so students can have looms warped and ready to weave when they arrive.  This is not a round robin.  Students will be using their own looms; and the project they take home is theirs.

Cost for the two day class which includes lunch both days is $150 per person.
